You will find out that the basics of what you eat are controlled by just a few companies you've probably never heard of; and quickly find that you are starting to buy organic milk from a local farm - and popping cod liver oil capsules.
Plus - if you are over 40, you might find yourself buying some stronger reading glasses, so you can read the small print on packet ingredients lists.
