Bach Flower Remedies

A form of popular therapy created in the early 1900"s by Dr. Edward Bach, an eminent London homoeopath. He believed that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body, and identified seven categories of negative emotions which could upset that delicate balance.

The "Bach Rescue Remedy" is almost a must-have.

His remedies are now made commercially, and available from large chemists such as Boot"s.
