Corn on the Cob; Medicinally

The silky tassels covering the cobs, can be made into an infusion which soothes the urinary passages and acts as a diuretic. This can be very beneficial in cases of kidney stones and cystitis - but to be effective several cups of the infusion should be drunk each day.
