Cotriade

A fish soup from the Brittany region of France. It is almost a northern version of Mediterranean bouillabaisse, but with a mixture of Atlantic fish. The liquid being served on slices of bread, and the fish separately with potatoes that have been cooked in the soup. See 'Soup'
