Crab Horseshoe (Limulus polyphemus)

An unusual-looking crab living on the western seaboard of the American coast between Mexico and Maine, and a larger cousin living around South-East Asia.

Their proportion of meat to shell is poor, so you are unlikely to find them imported. See 'Crab'
