An unpasteurised cows' milk cheese, originally-made by Jeremy Frankpitt at Peverstone Farm, Cullompton, North Devon. It has a 'garland' of herbs running through the middle. Its available throughout the year.
The cheese has now been re-branded as Cornish Garland, and is made by Lynher Dairies near Liskeard in Cornwall.
