Devon Garland

An unpasteurised cows' milk cheese, originally-made by Jeremy Frankpitt at Peverstone Farm, Cullompton, North Devon. It has a 'garland' of herbs running through the middle. ItÂ’s available throughout the year.

The cheese has now been re-branded as Cornish Garland, and is made by Lynher Dairies near Liskeard in Cornwall.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
