Earl Grey Tea
Tea scented with oil from the bergamot "orange" (citrus bergamia). This is simply sprayed on to the leaves during manufacture, and offers cheaper tea producers to use low-grade leaves, as their background quality isn"t so apparent. The blend was a creation of the 2nd Earl Grey (1764-1845) See 'Tea'
