Flower Marie

A rich little unpasteurised sheeps cheese, made by the Blunts at Greenacres Farm, near Lewes in East Sussex.

Cheeses are initially soft, but becomes firmer as the cheese matures over a period of weeks - and cheeses then have a very concentrated flavour.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
