Gilthead/Gilt-head bream (Sparus Auratus)
A saltwater fish belonging to the bream family, and reaching a maximum length of about 50cm. It is found from the Mediterranean to the Bay of Biscay, and is called Daurade in France, and Dorada in Spain. It has excellent flesh, and is good baked or grilled.
