An orange-flavoured, brandy based, French liqueur of the Curaçao type. It"s made in two types yellow and red. The red being stronger, the yellow sweeter. When using as a flavouring for desserts etc. it produces a much more satisfactory flavour than Cointreau. See 'Cointreau'; 'Curaçao'
