Gujarat

An area on the North Western seaboard of India. The Gujarati number approximately 27 million, and speak their own language - Gujarati. They are predominantly Hindu. Their style of cooking is hard to find in Britain, but probably best depicted by Kastoori in Tooting, South London. See our Restaurant Section.
