Histidine

A non-essential amino acid that's found abundantly in cereals. As a histamine precursor it has a relaxing effect and can help calm anxiety feelings. It also increases the production of gastric juices and thus prevents indigestion and ulcers.

Histadine can also dispel frigidity in women. It's available as a supplement in good health shops. See 'Histamine'
