Hochepot

A Belgian dish consisting of a joint of beef (generally brisket), pig"s trotters, veal, mutton, sausages, vegetables and herbs. The meat is served with a little stock and the remaining liquid as soup. The English word hotchpotch is very likely derived from the dish.
