Holstein-Friesian Cows

A popular breed of dairy cow, popular in Britain and the U.S.A. and originating in Holland - they are very productive (averaging 8,000 pints per annum), but their milk has the lowest butterfat content of any dairy breed (3.45% butterfat on average).
