Lavender, Medicinal uses

Just smelling the flowers, calms the nerves, and can help relieve muscle tension and headaches. Lavender flower tea can bring down a fever, relieve indigestion and soothe bowl problems. A few drops of lavender oil in the bath has a calming effect and aids sleep; while a drop on the temple gives headache relief.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
