Legarth Goose

A hybrid goose variety, developed in Denmark from the 'Roman' goose (small & white); the 'Toulouse' (large and grey, and used to produce foie gras) and the 'Embden' (a descendant of the common white goose - certainly around since 50BC). See 'Goose'
