Little Miss Muffet

'Who ate her curds and whey" in the nursery rhyme, was most likely Patience, the daughter of Dr. Thomas Muffet (1533-1604) who wrote one of the first books relating to food and health.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
