Marshmallow crackers

A simply party treat, combining marshmallows and cream crackers - popular with children.

Ingredients: 20 cream crackers; 20 small pats of butter; 20 marshmallow cubes; 20 blanched almonds.

Method:

1.Put a marshmallow on top of each cream cracker, and a small pat of butter on each marshmallow.

2.Press a blanched almond into the butter, the grill them under a moderate grill until the marshmallow has melted over the biscuit. See 'Marsh-mallow'
