Bath Soft Cheese
A mould-ripened organic, unpasteurised, cows milk cheese, made by The Bath Soft Cheese Company at Park Farm near Bath, with milk from the evening milking.
Although resembling Camembert in style, the cheese in fact dates back to at least the times of Lord Nelson, whose father is reputed to have sent him some as a present in 1801. For more information see www.parkfarm.co.uk (http://www.parkfarm.co.uk)
