Milk suitable for babies

Cow's milk cannot be considered a good substitute for human milk, as compared to mother's milk, it is deficient in vitamins A, B1, C and E; its mineral content is three times that of mother's milk and contained in different proportions, and it has more protein and bigger fat globules, which are suited to raising calves not babies. See 'Goats' milk'

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
