Milk Powder

Milk with most of its water content removed. It is produced with various fat contents. Vitimin C, Thiamim (B1) and B12 levels are greatly reduced during processing, but convenience is a strong plus point.

Non Dairy "milks" are also produced, made from non-dairy or vegetable fats (often palm oil); and Soya "milk" is increasing in popularity. See 'Soya'
