Mixed Herbs

A ready made mixture of dried herbs, containing the likes of marjoram or oregano, parsley, sage, tarragon and thyme. A useful standby, but care has to be taken not to rely too much on a mixture such as this, as all finished dishes can end up with a similar flavour.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
