New Zealand Spinach (Tetragonia tetagonioides)

This plant, native to New Zealand and Southern Australia is also offered in Britain by seedsmen, and grows well. It resembles spinach in appearance, but has rather upright pointed leaves. Culinarily speaking it can be treated in the same way as its British counterpart.
