Passover rolls

A type of Jewish roll made to avoid using leavened bread during the Passover.

They are made by grinding matzo"s to make flour thin mixing the flour with water, butter and eggs. The dough is then baked and emerges looking like choux buns. They are normally split and filled with cream cheese or cream. See 'Matzo'
