A fresh unpasteurised goats' milk cheese, made by Charlie Westhead at The Neal's Yard Creamery at Dorstone in Herefordshire. In comes plain, or flavoured with dill, rosemary or tarragon. It's excellent toasted.

Cheeses are made with local milk and traditional kid rennet, and come in 150gr rounds or 700gr cutting logs.
