Pigs trotters

The feet of a pig. They can be found both fresh or salted. They can be stuffed (when the larger back feet are necessary), used to enrich sauces, or their high gelatine content used to make brawn.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
