Porbeagle Shark (Lamna nasus)

A member of the shark family found on both sides of the Atlantic, and growing up to about 4 metres. It"s sometimes known as "mackerel shark" because of the shape of its tail.

If found on your fishmongers slab, steaks are good simply grilled.
