A Western Atlantic fish - growing up to about 35cm, and with a swollen belly (which can be puffed-up further to deter predators, hence the name. They are related to the famous "puffer-fish"/'blowfish' of Japanese fame; and although less of a hazard, it should only really be handled by experts - a certainly only with rubber gloves.
