Queen of puddings / Queen's pudding
A hot pudding of custard, raspberry jam and breadcrumbs with meringue topping, usually flavoured with lemon zest or vanilla.
It" thought to have been developed for Queen Victoria at Buckingham Palace - but based on an earlier 17th century recipe. See our Recipe Section
