Rosemary, Culinary uses

A very useful herb; a few needles are able to transform a simple dish of fried chicken, especially when enlivened with a squeeze of lemon juice. It also combines well with lamb and baked fish; as well as making excellent flavoured vinegars and oils. Rosemary twigs give off a magical smell on a summer barbecue.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
