Saltbush (Artiplex Halimus)

A bush that grows in the desert areas of southern Australia and around the shores of the Mediterranean.

Its leaves are rich in minerals, especially salt, and two of the minerals contained in its leaves - chromium and manganese, are helpful in treating diabetes.
