Blue Fish (Pomatomus saltatrix)
An excellent fish, growing up to about 1 metre, and living in the western Atlantic, off the coast of Portugal and Mediterranean. If you find one on your fishmongers slab, their flesh is oily (in the style of mackerel), so steaks are good grilled or barbecued, and served with a tart sauce.
