Stir-fry(ing)

Cooking food rapidly in a little hot oil in a wok or deep frying pan. This method of cooking comes from China and has the health benefits that little fat is needed and because of the speed of cooking the loss of vitamins is minimized. See 'Wok' and our Recipe Section.
