Sveda, Michael

An American scientist, who in 1937, while a student of Illinois,discovered Sodium Cyclamate (an artificial sweetener). "Calcium Cyclamate, was a further development, like "Saccharin", intended foruse by diabetics and other people whose doctors had advised them not totake sugar. They have now been banned in most countries, because oftheir effect on rats.
