Tabolleh / tabouleh tabouli / tabbouleh

A salad popular in the Eastern Mediterranean, made with cracked wheat (bulgur) or couscous, chopped parsley and mint, cucumber, tomato and lemon juice. A good tabbolleh should have more flavouring that grain; this isn"t always the case! See our Recipe Section.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
