A Welsh unpasteurised cows' milk cheese, made in a Gouda-style by the Savage-Ontswedder family at Glynhynod, Fostrasol in Dyfed – using vegetarian rennet. It has a mild peppery flavour. Available throughout the year, and also made in Cumin Seed, Garlic, Laverbread, Nettle, Oak-Smoked, Onion & Garlic and Sweet Pepper varieties.

Cheeses are made in 4kg, 1kg and 500gr rounds.
