Ticklemore Cheese

A light and delicate goats cheese, originally made by Robin Congdon at The Ticklemore Dairy, but now made by The Sharpham Creamery near Totnes.

It has a bright white interior, occasionally going creamy under the rind. It's drained in a colander, which gives it a distinctive rounded shape and ridged rind. Made between March and November. For more information see (
