T'Yn Grug

An unpasteurised Welsh cheese, that although made to a Cheddar recipe is reminiscent of Swiss mountain cheese. Not surprisingly, Dougal Campbell, its creator, originally learned cheesemaking in the Swiss Alps while on a climbing holiday. It has a softer texture than West Country Cheddars. It"s aged from between 6 months to a year and is available throughout the year.
