Welsh Cheese Pudding

A cheese pudding made from bread toasted on one side, buttered on the untoasted side and placed in a dish toasted side down, covered in grated cheese, more bread toasted side up, and more cheese. Egg is then beaten into milk and the mixture poured over the dish, which is left for twenty minutes and the baked.
