Yarrow; Medicinal uses

Yarrow was used by the Greeks to control haemorrhages - for which it is still prescribed in homeopathy today. It's also one of the best-known herbal treatments for fever, when drunk as an infusion - it seems to expel toxins. In China it is used as a poultice for healing wounds, and as a mouthwash for inflamed gums. To order seed, see our Mail Order section.
