Yorkshire Boiled Turkey

A traditional Yorkshire way of cooking turkey by stuffing it with a pig"s tongue and veal and suet stuffing, and simmering it in seasoned stock for several hours. Originally the turkey was boned, stuffed and sewn-up to resemble the original shape of the bird.
