Biscuits, Bath Oliver

A type of biscuit firstr made by Dr. W. Oliver of Bath around 1750. The crisp biscuits are made from flour, butter, milk and yeast and were originally popular with visitors to Bath who came to enjoy the health resort. They are ideal when served with cheese.
