Bulghur Wheat; To use

Put the wheat in a bowl, and cover with cold water or stock. Leave to soak for about 15 minutes until the grains have absorbed all the liquid. The resultant grains can be used to make tabbouleh salad, or as part of a stuffing. See our Recipe Section - "Tabbouleh".
