Illipe nut

A nut growing on various South-East Asian trees belonging to the 'Madhuca' species (the main variety being the mahua tree. Oil produced from them is often mixed with ghee, which it resembles in texture. It's also been used to dilute, or replace, cocoa butter in the making of chocolate.
