Breakfast / Fruit Pudding

A type of boiled sausage traditional in Southern Scotland. It's made in the style of black or white pudding, but includes pork, breadcrumbs, raisins and sultanas. It's designed to be sliced, then gently pan-fried (possibly with eggs and bacon). For suppliers see our Mail Order section.
