A range of goats' milk cheeses made by The Lubborn Creamery in Somerset (q.v.). www.lubborn.co.uk (http://www.lubborn.co.uk/)

They also make a 'Capricorn' goats milk Brie-style cheese; 20 litres of milk going into each cheese wheel. The cheeses have their own web site www.capricorngoatscheese.co.uk (http://www.capricorngoatscheese.co.uk/)
