West Cork Natural Cheese Company
Makers of two thermophilic (Swiss-style) cheeses from local unpasteurised cows' milk.
They are called 'Desmond' and 'Gabriel'. The former, a hard piquant cheese with a pleasantly sharp aftertaste. The latter, again hard, but with a flavour of hazelnuts.
