British White Cattle
A breed of beef cattle known to stretch back virtually-unchanged for over 400 years, probably stemming from a herd known to have grazed at Middleton Park in the late 17th century.
They are similar in size to other traditional beef breeds, such as Hereford, Angus and Shorthorn; but are particularly known for their gentle disposition.
