Kudu (Tragelaphus Strepsiceros)

 A form of antelope common in eastern and southern Africa.Kudu's are grazers, eating grass, plants, tubers and fruits within reach. Males grow to around 1.5 metres in height (at the shoulder); females are smaller. They produce good meat, which is available in Britain by mail order.
