Impala (Aepyceos Melampus)

    A type of antelope, living in east and southern Africa, with a reddish brown coat. Males have impressive lyre-shaped horns and grow to around 1 metre at the shoulder (females being smaller).

Their meat is well-regarded and available in Britain by mail order.
